Smoothie stand for sale inside the Muncie Mall, right in front of Old Navy, JCPenney and Rue21.

Completely turn-key business. Fully stocked and currently operating. Everything seen in the pictures is included (the Pepsi machine and ice machine are rented and not owned by me, although they can be transfered over). The kiosk is roughly 225 sq ft and includes a 4 month old stand-up freezer, double-door refrigerator, double-door and double top compartment serving station, 2 VitaMix industrial blender bases, 4 blender tops, brand new cash register, 500 lb ice machine (rented), Pepsi fountain machine (rented), 3 working faucets with really hot water, 4 sinks, 2 CO2 tanks, 4 cabinets over the sinks, and more storage under the front countertop. I will also make sure that there is enough supplies on hand to at least get you through the first week or two after taking over.

I will be more than happy to provide all vendor information and everything you will need to run the business, as well as showing you how the drinks are prepared and other daily operations. I will also gladly answer any questions you may have when they arise after you take over. I will do everything I can to make your transition to ownership as easy as possible.

I am selling because I moved out of state for a new job.
