As a Designer for our Client you will need a great eye for design, color, fabrics, space planning and accessorization. The ideal candidate should possess proven retail sales success, coupled with design experience and excellent communication skills. A degree in interior design or equivalent is preferred. They offer a comprehensive medical and dental plan and, a variety of other coverage options plus, a generous discount on their products. You will be paid a guaranteed base during your training period. Following, they offer a competitive draw against commission. Commission is paid on written sales (at 7% with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
