Date Listed: Jul-14-08 I am a mother of two who has just resigned a professional position downtown to begin providing in-home daycare and a preschool curriculum to toddler/preschool-aged children (including my 3-year-old daughter). My home is on the southside of Indy in Perry Township near the intersection of U.S. 31 and Southport Rd. I have a large, fenced-in backyard, a playset, sandbox and mature trees. We will be doing lots of fun activities, learning preschool skills and will run on a structured (although flexible) schedule each day. I will also be teaching some Christian-based lessons and Bible stories, such as learning the true meaning of Easter and Christmas during those seasons. I am taking children 18 months and up starting August 4. My curriculum will begin August 11. I also have a couple of spots left for before/after school care for Burkhart Elementary School kids, as the bus picks up directly in front of my house. Rates are $26/day full time, which includes breakfast, lunch and snack (and preschool lessons!). Before/after school care is $7/day, which includes breakfast and after-school snack.
