Description
Fozzie was originally found as a stray several months ago and adopted out by the shelter. His new owner did not understand the breed and returned him. Fozzie is a serious guy, he likes to size a situation up before deciding if he wants to join in or just observe. He likes being petted, brushedand getting attention. Fozzie would do best in a home as an only dog or as a companion to a female dog or non-dominant male dog; he tolerates other males, but gets along best with the ladies! He is housetrained, and does not need to be crated when you are gone. Fozzie will be placed as an inside pet with outside privileges to a secure above ground fenced yard. Pyrs do not do well with wireless fencing.We recommend obedience training for all newly adopted pyrs, to help you create a special bond with you and your new friend.
