How you doin'? My name is Mac Daddy, but you can call me Daddy. I am about 3 years old and am a very fit fawn and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. I'll admit, I've been called a ladies man, but honestly I love all humans...I guess my good looks just tend to melt the ladies hearts. Speaking of melting hearts; while mine isn't exactly melting, it is in need of medical attention. I currently have Heartworm disease because no one ever cared about me enough to use preventative medication. However, this is a curable condition and I would love to get started on my treatment just as soon as I possibly can. In order for me to begin treatment I need 2 things...a financial sponsor to cover the cost and a foster home where I can rest and recuperate in peaceful environment. So now I'll tell you a little bit more about myself to try and convince you to help me. I am a very social boy and I really enjoy human companionship. I've figured out that if I roll over on my back with my feet in the air most humans can't resist giving me a belly rub...and I LOVE belly rubs! I know a couple of obedience commands like sit and down and if someone would take time to teach me more, I'm sure I will learn them very quickly. By looking at me, you can clearly see I am pretty muscular and I do like to keep in shape, so daily walks and a few play sessions will be a requirement of my new family. I am gentle when taking treats and I even good with little people, but keep in mind that my size may not be ideal for all children because I could accidentally knock them down while playing. Well...what do ya think? Are you ready to come out and pay me a visit? Believe me, you won't be sorry you did. And for those of you that have fallen for me (eh-hem...ladies) but aren't able to take me home, maybe you can spare a little bit of money to help me be able to get the treatment I need to cure my heart condition. Don't forget, I also need a foster home once I have secured the funds I need to go see the doctor and get started fixing my heart. Please come out and visit with me and give me a chance to prove what a wonderful boy I am and be able to ask "how you doin'?"
