This handsome fellow was circling outside the gas station door where I stopped to get gas on the way to the vet.  He had a rope tied around his neck, covered in really big tics and worms hanging off his hind end.  Ready to be arrested for assault, I opened the door to the station and asked if anyone belonged to this dog out here?  The cashier said he'd been out front for several hours just circling.  I left my business card in case the idiot who had put the rope around his neck came looking for him and loaded him up in a crate in the van.  Once again, I don't like people.Wormed, tic free, given all of his vaccines, and scheduled for neuter the vet says he's around 10-11 months old.  Sweetest personality ever.  Big love bug.  Good w/dogs and loves people.  No aggressions.  NEEDS his LOVING fur ever home.We do not adopt to 'outside only' homes nor homes without fenced yards.
