Onto the B-24 Liberators pulverizing the Reich’s crucial oil fields. Witness the P-40 Warhawk and P-38 Lightning in early, bitter battles. Finally, the mighty B-29 Super Fortress hammering Japan to it’s knees before the final, awful blow of the first atomic bombardment.
